Welcoming and Integrating

If our primary ministry focus is to be developing and maintaining the growth of each person in the body of Christ as a ‘disciple-making disciple,’ and every ministry area and relationship will afford some opportunity to forward that goal, then we must ask ourselves 2 important questions:

1. What implications might a disciple-making focus have for resolving the weaknesses and challenges we often encounter in our ‘welcoming and integration’ ministry’?
2. How might a disciple-making intention shape the way we build, execute and follow through this ministry?

The aim of this web page is to provide some answers to that question, with videos and research papers to support, resource links to web sites, as well as other materials that might better equip us in achieving that goal.
